There is no reception desk: you let yourself in with self check-in, find a clean home with everything you need, and if you need anything you message her.
Monteverde is a quiet, residential side of Rome, with Villa Pamphili and the Gianicolo hill within walking distance, and tram 8 reaching Piazza Venezia in about 20 minutes.

The centre is easy to reach by tram. The beautiful Villa Pamphili park is nearby.
Very large apartment, clean, fully equipped, with every service cared for down to the smallest detail. Very kind owners
Clean, bright and airy apartment, equipped with almost everything you could need. In an area lived in mostly by local Italians, friendly and welcoming, with whom we had our morning coffee. Away from the tourist crowds, but close to the station and the tram and bus stops.
